Nicer Weather On The Way . . . .
Although dreary weather will still be with us a few more days, next weeks sounds really good. Temperatures are supposed to be in the 40s all week and quite a few sunny days. Just seeing the sun again will put everyone in a better mood. We still have a little snow on the ground, but I’m sure that will be gone by tonight. A warmup will start today with highs expected in the mid 40s. I doubt that we’ll see any sun, however. At least there is little or no precipitation expected.
Our 1:15 PM temperature is 40°F, the humidity is 93%, and skies are overcast. Winds are from the west at 6-10 mph, and the wind chill is 34°F. The pressure is 29.72 in and steady. Yesterday’s high was 36°F and the overnight low was 36°F. Average temps for this date are 30°F / 15°F. The record high for Jan. 31 is 61°F set in 1989, and the record low is -14°F set in 2019. Sunrise was at 7:53 AM and sunset will be at 5:49 PM.
