Another Summer-Like Day . . . . .

Another Summer-Like Day . . . . .

Today was supposed to be a little cooler than yesterday, but our temps have already surpassed yesterday . . . . and it’s still early.  At least we have a breeze today, but even with a breeze, I had to turn on the AC.  We are already being warned about air quality alerts with more wild fires in Canada.  Maybe they’re the same ones and just reignited.  So I’m sure that we’ll be hearing that once again from time to time, depending on the direction of the wind.

Our 3:15 PM temperature is 85°F (29°C), the humidity is 51%, and skies are mostly clear.  Winds are from the west at 3-8 mph.  The pressure is 29.99 in (1015.6 mb) and falling, and the dew point is 61°F (16°C).  Visibility is 12 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 83°F (28°C) and the overnight low was 60°F (16°C).  Average temps for this date are 70°F/47°F.  The record high for May 18 is 89°F (32°C) set in 1998, and the record low is 22°F (-6°C) set in 2002.  Sunrise was at 6:10 AM, and sunset will be at 8:58 PM.
