A Very Summer-Like Day . . . .

A Very Summer-Like Day . . . .

Today will be one of the hottest that we’ve seen this year, maybe even a record breaker.  It will usher in more rain and thunderstorms tonight and tomorrow.  Then much cooler weather will be around for awhile as the 8-14 day temperature map shows.  I love it.  Hot weather and I just don’t get along too well.

Our 11:15 AM temperature is 79°F, the humidity is 64%, and skies are lightly cloud covered.  Winds are from the SW at 4-7 mph, and the pressure is 29.88 in and steady.  The dew point is 63°F and visibility is 14 miles.  The UV index is very high at 8, but air quality is good at 32.  Yesterday’s high was 81°F and the overnight low was 60°F.  Average temps for this date are 75°F/53°F.   The record high for June 4 is 89°F set in 2023, and the record low is 34°F set in 1986.  Sunrise was at 6 AM, and sunset will be at 9:12 PM.
