Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

We woke to a white world this morning.  We had a mix of snow and rain most of yesterday which left us with 2 inches of slush or an icy mix of snow and ice, which ever you prefer.  We have snow flurries once again this morning but not enough to accumulate.  A follow-up on the storm expected Monday, from what I’ve seen, it looks like most of it will remain to our south, but still too early to give an accurate prediction.

Our 9:45 AM temperature is 33°F, the humidity is 96%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the NW at 2-5 mph and the dew point is 32°F.  Our melted precip amount as of this morning was 0.44″.  Visibility is 1.25 miles.  The pressure is 30.11 in and rising.  Yesterday’s high was 36°F and the overnight low was 32°F.  Average temps for this date are 31°F/19°F.  Record temps for Dec. 31 are 55°F  (1965) and -10°F (2017).  Sunrise was at 8:09 AM and sunset will be at 5:13 PM.
