Another Snow Day . . .
We have yet another day with intermittent snow showers and cloudy skies. I’m getting tired of shoveling, even though the snow amounts aren’t much. We have about 3 inches of snow cover at this time, and we seem to gain an inch every day. Thursday and Friday should warm up a little, before our next round of very cold temperatures. Some days next week are only expected to make it into the single digits for the high. I hope that doesn’t last long.
Our 12:30 PM temperature is 17°F, the humidity is 88%, and winds are from the W at 6-12 mph. The pressure is 30.02 in and steady and the dew point is 9°F. The wind chill is 11°F and visibility is 5 miles. Yesterday’s high was 32°F and the overnight low was 14°F. Average temps for this date are 30°F/16°F. Record temps for Jan. 13 are 57°F (1953) and -18°F (19 84). Sunrise was at 8:06 AM, and sunset will be at 5:27 PM.
