It’s a beautiful day.  Temps were already in the upper 30s when I got up and my weather station is showing 50°F right now, but I think it’s only because the sensor is in the sun.  But that’s okay.  I’ll take it.  I see water dripping off the roof and most of the snow/ice on the deck is gone.  The only negative thing that I can say is that we do have pretty strong winds which make it feel chilly.  But I’ll take it!

Our 12:45 PM temperature is 48°F, the humidity is 60%, and skies are mostly clear.    Winds are from the SW at 7-20 mph and the pressure is 29.38 in and steady.  The dew point is 32°F and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 38°F and the overnight low was 28°F.  Record temps for Feb 23 are 65°F (1984) and -17°F (2015).  Sunrise was at 7:21 AM and sunset will be at 6:20 PM.
