The Quiet Before The Storms . . . .
As we can see on the national weather map that we have some very stormy weather approaching our state. Although my area isn’t expecting severe storms, the western side of the state could be affected. Until then, we are expecting today to be very nice although a bit on the windy side. Highs should reach well into the seventies and there should be plenty of sun.
Our 10 AM temperature is 62°F (17°C), the humidity is 40%, and winds are from the south at 4-11 mph. The pressure is 30.25 in (1024.4 mb) and falling. The dew point is 32F (0°C) and visibility is 11 miles. Yesterday’s high was 67°F (19°C) and the overnight low was 48°F (9°C). Average temps for this date are 63°F/40°F. Record temps for April 27 are 82°F (1990) and 22°F (1996). Sunrise was at 6:35 AM and sunset will be at 8:34 PM.
