A Dark And Damp Day. . . . .

The rain began overnight, and has continued through the morning hours.  We are getting a break now but I don’t think it will last long.  It is coming right out of the north as it circles the low pressure center to our southeast.  The good  thing is that temps are quite mild, so not a bad day to be out and about as long as you dodge the raindrops.  The rain is expected to continue until tonight, then tomorrow look much brighter.

Our 2 PM temperature is 58°F (14°C), the humidity is 94%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the NW at 2-4 mph, and the pressure is 29.87 (1011.5 mb)  and rising.  The dew point i 54°F (12°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 57°F (14°C) and the overnight low was 53°F (12°C).  Average temps for this date are 66°F/43°F.  Sunrise was at 6:24 AM and sunset will be at 8:44 PM.
