Cloudy And Cool . . . .
We were under a severe thunderstorm watch most of yesterday afternoon, and there were various cells of storms which formed, but I don’t think any reached severe criteria. All we had here was a brief shower that left 0.11″ in my gauge. A few areas reported small hail, but that was about it. We do have a slight chance for rain today, and it is quite windy once again.
Our 2PM temperature is 71F, the humidity is 53%, and skies are cloudy. Winds are from the WSW at 2-12 mph, and the pressure is 29.83 in and rising. Yesterday’s high was 78F and the overnight low was 54F. Average temps for this date are 77F/55F. Record temps for June 9 are 96F (1933) and 36F (1994). Sunrise was at 5:57 AM and sunset will be at 9:15 PM.
