A Cold Easter Sunday . . . .

A Cold Easter Sunday . . . .

We have had a very wet April so far.  Since the beginning of the month, we have had 3.67″ of rainfall and I’m seeing standing water where their usually never is any.  The river is very high and there are lakes in many of the farm fields.  There were two possible tornadoes yesterday.  One was near Monroe and the other in the Detroit area.  Today the rain has finally ended and I’m now seeing some blue sky peeking though the clouds.  This chilly weather is expected to last until Thursday when highs could reach into the 60s once again.

Our 3:15 PM temperature is 42°F, the humidity is 58%, and skies are mostly cloudy.  Winds are from the WNW at 11-17 mph, and the pressure is 29.96 in and rising.  The dew point is 24°F and visibility is 11 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 59°F and the overnight low was 31°F.  Average temps for this date are 52°F/31°F.  Record temps for April 4 are 75°F (2010) and 15°F (2016).  Sunrise was at 7:12 AM and sunset will be at 8:07 PM.
