Still Colder Than Normal . . . . .

Still Colder Than Normal . . . . .

Many are wondering if warm weather will ever come this year.  May, so far, has been very chilly and there is no real warmup seen in the near future.  At least the rain has stopped for awhile, and our lawn doesn’t feel so much like a sponge anymore.  We began with clouds this morning, but now the sun is starting to make an appearance.  It isn’t, however, expected to warm it up much.

Our 2:15 PM temperature is 52°F, the humidity is 36%, and winds are from the west at 7-12 mph.  The pressure is 29.82 in and steady and skies are partly cloudy.  The dew point is 21°F and visibility is 16 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 53°F and the overnight low was 34°F.  Average temps for this date are 66°F/43°F. Record temps for May 6 are 80°F (2018) and 31°F (2020).  Sunrise was at 6:23 AM and sunset will be at 8:44 PM.
