Rain Moving In For Our Friday – Mid Michigan
We had four lovely days this week, but every good thing must come to an end. The forecast for the weekend and next week sounds more like November than October. The trees are getting more color everyday, especially the yellows. We haven’t seen many reds yet and I hope they do develop. I’m hearing from the relatives up north that the colors are really beautiful right now and I’m wishing that it happened when we were there. Our campground closes the end of September so that’s a bit early for good fall colors. Now, I just hope that we don’t get strong winds that blow the leaves off the trees before peak color.
Our 10:45 AM temperature is 62°F (17°C), the humidity is 79%, and winds are from the SE at 6 mph. Skies are cloudy with a few sprinkles. The pressure is 30.00 in (1015.9 mb) and falling. The dew point is 58°F (14°C) and visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 71°F (22°C) and the overnight low was 61°F (16°C). Averages for this date are 62°F / 44°F. Sunrise was at 7:44 AM and sunset will be at 7:00 PM.
