All weather records were broken yesterday.  How often does that happen?  We broke the record for total snow amounts for the date, for the coldest high temperature for that date, and the lowest cold temperature for the date.  How about that?  Today seems tranquil although we could see a little more accumulations tonight.  Our snow pack is 6.5 inches and none is expected to melt over the next few days.  At least we didn’t get the large amounts that they got along the eastern and western shorelines.

Our 11 AM temperature is 23°F (-5°C), the humidity is 67% and skies are cloudy.  The pressure is 30.32 in and steady.  The dew point is 12°F (-11°C) and winds are from the south at 9 mph.  Yesterday’s high was 26°F (-3°C) and the overnight low was 8°F (-13°C).  Averages are 48°F / 34°F.  Sunrise was at 7:25 AM and sunset will be at 5:15 PM.  There was a beautiful full moon last night along with the frigid temperatures.
