Seasonal Temperatures, Trace Of Snow For Mid Michigan

We received a slight amount of snow late yesterday, after a day of mist which coated everything in a light cover of ice early in the day.  We could see a mix of snow and rain later but no great amounts are expected here.  Temperatures hovered right around the freezing mark all day Saturday, and it should be a little warmer today.  We’ve been very lucky so far this year weather-wise.  I know that it won’t last.

Our 9:45 AM temperature is 31°F (-1°C), the humidity is 74%, and winds are from the SW at 3 mph.  The pressure is 30.21in (1023.0 mb) and steady.  The dew point is 22°F (-6°C) and visibility is 10 miles.  Skies are cloudy and the wind chill is 25°F (-4°C).  We received just a trace of precipitation, and the snow that fell has already melted.  Yesterday’s high was 32°F (0°C) and the overnight low was 29°F (-2°C).  Sunrise was at 8:07 AM and sunset will be at 5:16 PM.
