A Real Spring-Like Day Ahead For Mid Michigan
Today is expected to be our warmest yet this year, with temperatures reaching near 60°. This morning is bright and sunny making it easier to get up one hour early due to DST. It will take me a good week to adjust and I really wish that they would stop this nonsense with changing the time. I like standard time myself, but I just wish they would leave it on one or the other. We brought out some of our outdoor furniture yesterday and I think that today will be nice enough to sit out for a bit. Although the temperatures will be warm, we will still have a strong wind to contend with.
Our 9:15 AM temperature is 39°F (4°C), the humidity is 52%, and winds are from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph. The dew point is 21°F (-6°C) and the wind chill is 34°F (1°C). The pressure is 30.20 in (1022.7 mb) and steady. Yesterday’s high was 47°F (8°C) and the overnight low was 32°F (0°C). Average temps for this date are 38°F / 23°F. Sunrise was at 7:59 AM and sunset will be at 7:35 PM DST.
