From Pleasantly Warm To Downright Cold – Mid Michigan
Wednesday was wonderful with partly cloudy skies and temps in the low 70s. Then yesterday happened. In the late afternoon, rain moved in. It didn’t take long for ice pellets to start falling. Then it changed to all snow creating a mess. Today is cloudy, cold, and windy. This is certainly not the makings for a nice Easter weekend. I have to admit that the forecast doesn’t look as bad as what was originally predicted. At least tomorrow is looking pretty good with Sunday being quite wet.
Our 10:30 temperature is 38°F (3°), the humidity is 60%, and winds are from the WNW at 8-21 mph. The pressure is 29.77 in (1008.1 mb) and rising. The wind chill is 29°F (-2°C). Skies are cloudy and visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 49°F (9°C) and the overnight low was 30°F (-1°C). Averages for this date are 55°F/ 36°F.
