A Bright, Beautiful Morning In Mid Michigan
Yesterday was lovely and today should be just as nice. We took a drive out to Sleepy Hollow state park in Laingsburg, and couldn’t believe how many people were out there. The parking lots had more cars that we usually see in mid summer, and even the beach area was very active. The governor’s stay at home order isn’t working out too well. They keep giving us numbers of new cases of the virus, and the number of deaths, but they never mention the total number of those who had it and recovered. It seems that people are getting wise to it. Regardless, yesterday was a great day to get outdoors and many chose to do just that.
