A Very Cold Halloween In Mid Michigan
It is interesting, as I look out the window this morning, that leaves are falling off the trees like snow. There is little to no wind, but they are still falling. This morning is clear and bright but not comfortable to be outdoors. The temperature was only 24F when I got up and has risen a few degrees since then. I put up some of my Halloween decor yesterday since there were no strong winds for a change. The trick-or-treaters should have a decent night although it will be cold. Tonight is also a blue moon, very rare to have a full moon on Halloween. It is also the end of daylight savings time as we set the clocks back an hour. Predictions for next week are for warm, sunny weather beginning Wednesday and lasting into the weekend. I know it’s too early to really count on it, but we can hope.
