A Sunny Beginning To Our Sunday In Mid Michigan
We had a beautiful morning with clear skies and moderately cool temperatures, but now our sky is almost completely cloud covered. We are expecting warmer than normal temperatures today but much cooler weather is expected the remaining week. In fact, we could see our first measurable snowfall. This could begin as early as tomorrow and local weather gurus are saying that we could get up to 4 inches. But hey, it’s almost December and it’s that time of year. It’s strange that the NOAA site isn’t giving any estimated precip amounts yet. They’re usually right on top of it.
Our 2:30 PM temp is 52F (11C), the humidity is 60%, and winds are from the SW at 7-12 mph. The dew point is 37F (3C) and the pressure is 29.67 in ( 1004.7 mb) and falling. Yesterday’s high was 46F (8C) and the overnight low was 34F (1C). Average temps for this date are 38F / 27F. Sunrise was 7:46 AM and sunset will be at 5:03 PM.
