Much Needed Rain For Mid Michigan
We finally received rain yesterday afternoon, and it continues into this morning. It wasn’t nearly as much as we hoped for but any is better than nothing. I’m seeing that rain is in our forecast for the next several days and that’s a good thing. Yesterday was very warm early, then the temperatures dropped 10 degrees in about half an hour. We only received 0.15″ but we just had another shower which gave us an additional 0.09″ and it is still raining. We are heading back up to the campground on Thursday and it’s looking like it will be quite chilly while we’re there. Oh well, there is always time for the forecast to change.
Our 8:45 AM temp is 55°F (13°C), the humidity is 85% and skies are overcast. Winds are from the E at 0-3 mph. The pressure is 29.93 in (1013.6 mb) and steady. The dew point is 48°F (9°C) and visibility is 7 miles. Yesterday’s high was 86°F (30°C) and the overnight low was 51°F (11°C). Average temps for this date are 71°F / 48°F.
