An Okay Day In Mid Michigan

An Okay Day In Mid Michigan

Today has been fairly nice with mild temps and light winds.  The morning was a bit sunny but now more clouds have moved in.  We are expecting a substantial warm-up over the weekend and into next week with highs reaching into the lower 60s.  I would like to say that we’ll be getting the leaves all mulched but most are still on the maples and oaks.  I think we’ll be mowing into mid November this year.  At least there is no rain in the forecast anytime soon, but that can suddenly change also.  We have to drive to Detroit for my son’s doctor’s appointment on Monday, so it looks like it will be a good day for a drive.

Our 1:15 PM temperature is 47°F (8°C), the humidity is 65% and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the SW at 4-8 mph, and the dew point is 37°F (3°C).  The pressure is 30.26 in (1024.7 mb) and steady.  Visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 46°F (8°C) and the overnight low was 26°F (-3°C).  Average temps for this date are 52°F / 37°F.  Sunrise was at 8:15 AM and sunset will be at 6:23 PM.
