Another Cloudy, Chilly Day – Mid Michigan

Another Cloudy, Chilly Day – Mid Michigan

We get one nice day, then a bunch of cloudy, cold days.  Temperatures are in the 50s, so I guess you can’t really call that cold, but it sure isn’t where it ought to be for early May.  I should be out cleaning out my flower beds, getting them ready for planting, and I just can’t get motivated.  Yesterday was quite nice early, then clouds moved in and we got some light rain.  There was only 0.02″ in my gauge this morning, so it wasn’t much.  The ground in still saturated so we don’t need anymore for awhile.  It’s almost time to mow the lawn as it will be pretty long in a few more days.

Our 1:45 PM temperature is 52°F, the humidity is 77%, and skies are overcast.  Winds are from the SW at 4-10 mph, and the dew point is 43°F.  The pressure is 29.84 in and rising.  Visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 63°F and the overnight low was 46°F.  Average temps for this date are 62°F / 42°F.  Sunrise was at 6:29 AM and sunset will be at 8:38 PM.
