We woke to half an inch of snow this morning. It began as rain and there was a total of 0.15″ in my gauge at 8:30 AM. Much of it has already melted and temperatures will remain in the mid 30s today. Today is the first day of spring meteorlogically speaking, and it will certainly feel that way. Highs will be in the upper 40s and we should see quite a bit of sun according to the forecast. Our winter storm was a bit of a fizzle from what was originally predicted and that’s fine with me. We have about 4 to 5 inches on the ground depending where it is measured.
