Frosty Weather in Northern Michigan

Last night was very chilly with frost advisories and lows falling below freezing in some spots.  We did have some spotty showers yesterday afternoon but skies cleared later in the day.  We are heading back home today and I will miss northern Michigan and wish we could stay longer.  But all good things come to an end as they say, and we’ll look forward to next year.  We ordered a new trailer yesterday as our current one is almost 20 years old, so we have that to look forward to.  We had dinner last night with our brother and sister-in-law and said our goodbys.  They will be closing the cabins and heading back to Florida for another winter.  How fast this summer has gone!

Our 8:30 AM temp is 35°F (1°C), the humidity is 97%, and winds are calm.  The dew point is 34°F (1°C).  The pressure is 30.45 in (1030.9 mb) and rising.  Yesterday’s high was 62°F (17°C) and the overnight low was 31°F (-1°C).  Sunrise was at 7:36 AM and sunset will be at 7:22 PM.
