Last Night’s Storms Totally Missed Us – Mid Michigan

Looking at the radar last night, I was certain that everything would be wet this morning.  It didn’t happen.  It managed to fall apart just before reaching my area.  I’m seeing rain right now approaching but it doesn’t appear to be much.  We really do need a good soaking, especially for the farmers.  It was bad enough that they had to plant late, but now aren’t getting any much needed rain.  It’s hard to believe that summer is almost over already and it seems like it only lasted a month.  Here’s hoping that autumn will be long, warm, and fry.

Our 10 AM temperature is 70°F (21°C),  The humidity is 84% and skies are cloudy.  The dew point is 65°F (18°C) and winds are from the west at 4 mph.  The pressure is 29.77 in (1008.1 mb) and steady.  Yesterday’s high was 87°F (31°C) and the overnight low was 67°F (19°C).  Averages for this date are 83°F / 59°F.  Sunrise was at 6:32 AM and sunset will be at 8:51 PM.
