We have been graced with record high temperatures yesterday and today.  It will be hard going back to average temps again.  People are out in shorts, sandals, tank tops and thoroughly loving it.  It’s hard to believe that snow is mentioned for Monday even though it will probably be mixed with rain.  We knew it would happen.  We can’t expect summer weather to last in April.  The buds on the trees have really sprouted with this heat.  It’s so nice to see a green tint on the bushes and trees again.  The Forsythias are in full bloom and early spring flowers as well.  Life is good.

Our 3:30 PM temperature is 83°F (28°C), the humidity is 22%, and skies are clear.  The dew point is 32°F (0°C) and winds are from the east at 3-7 mph.  Visibility is 18 miles and the pressure is 29.68 in (1005.1 mb) and falling.  Yesterday’s high was 82°F (28°C) and the overnight low was 48F (9°C).  Average temps for this date are 57°F/20°F.  The record high for April 14 is 84°F (29°C) and the record low is 20°F (-7°C).  We could break that record this afternoon.  Sunrise was at 6:58 AM and sunset will be at 8:18 PM.
