We had a heavy, brief shower yesterday afternoon, which dropped almost half an inch in about 20 minutes. Today there are more showing up on radar but I don’t think they’ll reach us. The grass is growing about an inch a day with all this rain, and whenever they predict a dry period for us, it rains anyway. We have yet another beautiful day to enjoy. Highs will only make it into the 70s although it is quite breezy. Extended forecasts for the fist half of June are calling for temperatures a little below average, so that sounds perfect to me. Today is perfection as far as I’m concerned. The sky is clear, temperatures are comfortable, and breezes are light. We couldn’t ask for a nicer day.
