We seem to be having a very hard time warming up this spring. Temperatures just can’t seem to remain at or near normal. We received about an inch of snow overnight but it is melting quickly with the sun. We are expecting a lovely day with clear skies and highs in the upper 40s. We were under a winter storm warning most of yesterday as rain and freezing rain continued. The first warning expired at noon, then another was issued later in the day. I couldn’t understand the reason for the second one since there was nothing happening or nothing showing on radar.
