We received an inch of rain in about 20 minutes a few hours ago, and light rain has continued since then. Yesterday, we thought for sure that we would get some much needed rain. There was a large area of yellow/red cells on the radar from the early afternoon. It moved very slowly toward us and didn’t near our area until almost midnight. The problem was that when it finally approached us, it changed directions to the northeast.
