Another Icy Morning – Mid Michigan

Another Icy Morning – Mid Michigan

I am so tired of ice.  My deck is like a skating rink especially since my son shoveled most of the sleet off yesterday.  Now where the sleet is gone, it’s pure smooth ice.  Our highs today should reach the mid 40s and I hope it happens soon.  We’re been lucky that we haven’t lost power although many areas have.  We have a wind advisory for  tonight so we aren’t out of the woods yet.

Our 10 AM temperature is 31.6F (0°C), the humidity is 100% with light fog, and winds are calm.  The dew point is 32° (0°C) and the pressure is 29.94 in (1013.9 mb) and steady.  Visibility is 1.5 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 33°F (1°C) and the overnight low was 31°F (0°C).  Averages for this date are 28°F / 15°F.  Sunrise was at 7:44 AM and sunset will be at 5:57 PM.
