Feels Like Fall In Northern Michigan

When we came up on Friday, temperatures were in the mid 70s.  Then the weekend brought hot, very humid temperatures and storms.  We had one pass Saturday which brought a lot of wind and torrential rain.  The roads in our campground were like rivers, and we had to walk through 4 inches of water get get from our truck to the trailer.  I was hearing of some wind damage in other parts of northern Michigan but we lucked out.  Since then, it has cooled off significantly with highs in the low to mid 70s.  Thankfully, the humidity is gone and our weather is expected to be very pleasant for the remainder of the time that we’ll be here.

Our 11 AM temperature is 70F, the humidity is 68%, and winds are from the NE at 6 mph.  The dew point is 55F and the pressure is 30.03 in.  Visibility is 10 miles and skies are clear.  Yesterday’s high was 77F and the overnight low was 49F.  Average temps for this date are 74F / 48F.  Sunrise was at 7:01 AM and sunset will be at 8:18 PM.
