Our Final Day In Northern Michigan

Our Final Day In Northern Michigan

Yesterday we took a drive across the Mackinaw Bridge and it may be our last for quite a while.  This will be our final year camping.  I’ll certainly miss our time spent up here in northern Michigan but as they say, all good things must come to an end.  We have sold our trailer but will keep possession of it through next month.  This week has been beautiful here.  We’ve had clear skies and the hot, oppressive temperatures are gone.  Highs in the 70s are forecasted for the upcoming week including the holiday weekend.  That’s perfect as far as I’m concerned.  We aren’t staying for the weekend but will be back up in two weeks to clean out the trailer.  I’m not looking forward to that.

Our 11 AM temperature is 64F, the humidity is 64%, and the pressure is 30.15 in.  The dew point is 53F and visibility is 10 miles.  Skies are clear and winds are calm.  Yesterday’s high was 76F and the overnight low was 45F.  Average temps for this date are 74F / 48F.  Sunrise was at 7:02 AM and sunset will be at 8:15 PM.

INDIAN RIVER / TOPINABEE FORECAST:

Today:  Sunny. High 74F.  Winds light and variable.

Tonight:  Partly cloudy.  Low 48F.  Winds light and variable.

Friday:  Cloudy.  High near 75F.  Winds light and variable.
