Finally, Some Much Needed Rain . . . .

We received over an inch of rain late yesterday.  I’m sure that made the farmers happy.  Much of the state had drought conditions and this certainly helped a lot.  Today is expected to be dry and temperatures will be very comfortable.  We could see a little more rain this upcoming week and high temps should reach into the 80s. This will probably be our last dry day as the midwest storms will start reaching us tomorrow.  I hope it settles down a bit before finding us.  Today’s heat and increasing humidity will help it to maintain its power.  We could see highs nearing the 90s this afternoon. We have another dry, very warm day.  Our temps will get a little warmer each day but it remains comfortable.  No rain expected until possibly the weekend.
