The deep freeze is upon us.  Yesterday saw no thawing and we won’t see it today either.  In fact, I don’t expect any melting for at least a few weeks.  The big snow storm is still coming but will remain well to our south.  It seems that Kentucky and Tennessee will get the brunt of it.  Snow lovers will be disappointed. Back In The Deep Freeze . . . .

We had a few snow showers yesterday, but not enough to really add to the ground cover.  I guess I’d call it a trace of snow.  We had a little melting, but that’s not going to happen today.  We can still expect a few snow showers through the weekend, then no precip in the forecast through next Wednesday. Happy New Year!
