After a very dreary past two days, the sun is a very welcome sight this morning. There was a heavy frost overnight, but the sun is quickly melting it. Our Thanksgiving Day was quite pleasant. There was drizzle early but the remainder of the day wasn’t too bad. my husband smoked our turkey and it turned out great. Although the temperatures have dropped significantly, we have plenty of sun and not too much wind. We have had a lot of sunny days this November which is quite rare for us. I love it. Today has been quite nice in spite of the wind. We are currently under a wind advisory until 5 PM and temperatures are in the mid 60s which compensates for the strong winds. We have had mostly sun until about an hours ago, now the skies have become mostly cloudy. Tomorrow is still expected to be quite warm, but then they will fall back to a normal range the remainder of the week. But hey! This is November in Michigan….
