Yesterday was quite nice with a mix of sun and clouds. Winds were light so pleasant to be outdoors. This morning began with cloudy skies but now there are some breaks in the clouds and the sun manages to make a showing although briefly. We finally got some much needed rain yesterday, not quite half an inch. It came in small, brief showers throughout the day but dropped a decent amount when it happened. Today began with cloudy skies, but now we have some clearing and the sun is out. There is no more rain in the forecast until Sunday. We had a few showers this morning leaving us with a little over quarter of an inch of badly needed rain. I’m hoping that we get a little more before day’s end.
