The major storms which were predicted yesterday reached us about 7:30 this morning. We got a lot of rain from it but not much of anything near severe. Many areas are without power and have quite a bit of wind damage. We were lucky once again. The weather service is telling us that next month will be a hot one for us. Southern lower Michigan fell victim to some strong storms yesterday afternoon. Storm cells were developing sporadically, and even resulted in a few tornado warnings although no touch downs.
