Cloudy and Cool For Northern Michigan This Wednesday
We will finally have some comfortable weather today and an end to the abnormal heat wave. It will seem good to me. We took a drive to Petoskey yesterday to see my brother-in-law in the hospital there, then went for lunch at a cute downtown cafe. Petoskey is such a pretty little town, one that I wouldn’t mind living in, but since it is right on Lake Michigan, I know that the winters there would be brutal. We will be here at the campground until Saturday, and it will feel more seasonable our remaining time here. I’m not complaining.
Our 9:15 AM temp is 59°F (15°C), the humidity is 76%, and the pressure is 29.94 in (1013.6 mb). Skies are cloudy and visibility is 10 miles. The dew point is 51°F (10°C). Winds are from the WNW at 9 mph. Our high yesterday was 90°F (32°C) and the overnight low was 59°F (15°C). We didn’t quite break the record yesterday which was 91°F set in 1933.
