A Cold Sunday In Store For Mid Michigan
We had rain most of our Sunday which turned into snow in the early evening. The ground began to cover but it didn’t last long. The ground is still too warm for any snow to last. We have snow flurries this morning with just a trace of snow remaining on the deck. Temperatures will remain steady throughout the day, and our present temp will probably be our high. We have very light snow flurries falling at this time and there is a hint of sun showing through the clouds to our east. I don’t think that we will see much sun today.
Our 8:30 AM EST temp is 33.1°F (1°C), the humidity is 75%, and winds are from the west at 12 mph. Our wind chill is 25°F (-4°C). The pressure is 29.79 in (1008.5 mb) and rising. The dew point is 30°F (-1°C) and skies are cloudy. Visibility is 10 miles. Sunrise was at 7:34 AM and sunset will be at 5:09 PM. Yesterday’s high was 49°F (9°C) and the overnight low was 32°F (0°C). The record high for Nov. 18 is 69°F (21°C) set in 1958, and the record low is 10°F (-12°C) set in 1959.
