Warmer Temps Usher In Another Cool Down – Mid Michigan
We seem to be having a very hard time warming up this spring. Temperatures just can’t seem to remain at or near normal. All the flowers are late and almost no leaves appearing on bushes and trees yet. At this rate, they won’t be out until mid May. Yesterday and Wednesday were beautiful with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. Unfortunately, we won’t see that again for a few days as more cold air is descending down from Canada.
Our 9 AM temp is 48°F (8°C), the humidity is 58%, and skies are partly cloudy. Winds are from the SE at 1 mph and the dew point is 34°F (2°C). The pressure is 29.73 in (1006.5 mb) and steady. Skies are partly cloudy and scattered showers are showing on radar. Visibility is 10 miles. Sunrise was at 6:35 AM and sunset will be at 8:32 PM. Yesterday’s high was 63°F (17°C) and the overnight low was 35°F (2°C). Averages for this date are 61°F / 41°F.
