Welcome Sunshine For Our Monday Morning – Mid Michigan
This morning is starting out with a lot of sun and breezy conditions after a wet weekend. Our highs should also be closer to normal than what we have had recently. We received 0.80″ of rain Saturday and into early Sunday, and our lawn is like a sponge once again. I got more of my flowers planted yesterday afternoon and will finish today. At least, with all the rain, it’s easy digging. I’m planting mostly perennials this year since I’m retiring the end of this year, and all this planting is getting harder and harder for me. I hope these plants do well.
Our 10 AM temp is 68°F (20°C), the humidity is 46% and winds are from the east at 13 mph, gusting to 17 mph. The pressure is 30.01 in and rising. The dew point is 47°F (8°C), and visibility is 10 miles. Yesterday’s high was 68°F (20°C) and the overnight low was 57°F (14°C). Averages for this date are 74°F / 54°F.
