Enough Rain Already – Mid Michigan
It seems like all it has done for the past week is rain. As of 8:15 this morning, there was 1.24 in of rain in my gauge and it is still coming down. Since yesterday morning, we have received just under two inches. Looking at the radar, showers and storms are training from the west, so it looks to be a very wet Monday. I hope that this doesn’t continue through the entire month of October and into the winter months; however, local meteorologist, Mark Torragrossa says that October will be very wet for our area.
Our 8:45 AM temperature is 48°F (9°C), the humidity is 99%, and skies are overcast with heavy rain at this time. Winds are from the northeast at 6 mph and visibility is 5 miles. The pressure is 30.29 in and steady. Yesterday’s high was 51°F (10°C) and the overnight low was 50°F (10°C). Averages for this date are 67°F / 47°F. Sunrise was at 7:33 AM and sunset will be at 7:18 PM.
