We had rain closing in on us from the southeast and the northwest late yesterday, but none of it reached my area.  I see that the Detroit area received some pretty heavy amounts on the CoCoRahs reports this morning.  We were lucky because our ground is drenched and many fields still have water standing from these past rains that we’ve had.  While the past few days have been very nice, there is yet another cold front moving in on us which is expected to bring snow this weekend.  Fortunately, the weather will warm up enough that if there is any accumulations, it won’t last.  But who wants snow this late in the season?
