A Rainy, Cool Tuesday In Mid Michigan
We are planning our first trip up north early next week and I’m really hoping that this rain will be done by then. Yesterday wasn’t the wash-out that we thought it would be. In fact, the rain didn’t begin until mid afternoon and it was light at that,. The heavier rain moved in overnight and there was 0.22″ in my gauge this morning. Temperatures are once again below average. This has been the pattern over the past month. I wish it would warm up and stay that way.
Our 10 AM temperature is 40°F (4°C), the humidity is 81% and skies are overcast with light rain. The pressure is 30.25 in and rising. The dew point is 37°F (3°C) and visibility is 10 miles. Winds are from the east at 3 mph. Yesterday’s high was 72°F (22°C) and the overnight low was 40°F (4°C). Averages for this date are 63°F / 44°F. Sunrise was at 6:22 AM and sunset will be at 8:43 PM.
