It Feels Like Autumn In Mid Michigan
The storms that were predicted on Tuesday never happened, at least not in my area. I haven’t heard of any damage reports so I think that the severity was a false alarm. That happens a lot in weather predicting here in Michigan. That’s not to say that some didn’t get some pretty good thunderstorms, but very few, if any, reached severe level. The cold front has now moved through and our highs today will barely reach “warm”. At first they said that the highs would be in the upper 60s, now they’re saying the low 70s. Regardless, that’s a chilly day for this time of year.
Our 10:30 AM temperature is 64°F (18°C), the humidity is 77% and skies are partly cloudy. Winds are from the ESE at 2 mph and the pressure is 30.16 in (1021.3 MB) and steady. The dew point is 54°F (12°C). Yesterday’s high was 74°F (23°C) and the overnight low was 48°F (9°C). Averages for this date are 79°F / 55°F. Sunrise was at 7:04 AM and sunset will be at 8:04 PM.
