We had a snow shower develop yesterday evening just to our northwest, and it proceeded to move in our direction, gaining momentum as it advanced toward us. It dropped an inch of snow on us in a short time. It didn’t last long, just enough to make the roads wet and obstruct vision a bit. We have been getting a few flakes of snow intermittently throughout the morning but most on the ground is gone. It’s a grey, dark day with temperatures barely above freezing. There’s enough wind to drop the “feels like” temps to uncomfortable levels, so not a nice day to be outdoors. We received about an inch of snow yesterday morning, but by afternoon, it was almost gone. We have an additional quarter of an inch this morning and everything is white again. Temperatures have barely made it above freezing and this is expected to continue most of this week.
