Still Dealing With Smoke – Mid Michigan
We had a little thundershower early this morning which dropped 0.19″ in my gauge. The smoke seems even worse today than yesterday, but we’re suppose to be rid of it by the weekend. This is certainly a crappy way to spend the summer. We wait a long time for nice weather, then we get this. What’s even worse is that I have what appears to be a bad cold. I usually don’t get colds, and I’m wondering if it isn’t a reaction to the smoke. I’m wearing a mask when I go outdoors and try to not go out anymore than necessary. With so many fires in Canada, I don’t see this ending anytime soon. I wish the entire country of Canada would get a monsoon that lasts a week, but we know that’s not going to happen.
