Overnight Thunderstorms For Our Saturday
We had a rare, loud thunderstorm about 2:30 this morning. It seemed good and we picked up another 0.4″ of rain. I just received a weather alert that air quality will not be good tomorrow. Seems that the Canadian smoke will make another pass over our area. I wish Canada would get the rain that is flooding Vermont, and put those darn fires out. I’m sure the people of Canada wish the same. Today shouldn’t be too bad of a day. We do have a chance for more rain but temperatures will remain in the comfortable zone. I don’t think we’ll need the AC today unless it gets extremely humid.
Our 12:15 PM temperature is 73°F (23°C), the humidity is 81%, and skies are overcast. Winds are from the SW at 3-8 mph, and the dew point is 65°F (18°C). Visibility is 10 miles. The Air Quality Index is good at 44, and the UV Index is moderate at 4. The pressure is 29.93 in (1013.6 mb) and steady. Yesterday’s high was 85°F (29°C) and the overnight low was 66°F (19°C). Average temps for this date are 82°F/60°F. Sunrise was at 6:11 AM and sunset will be at 9:15 PM.
