Cooling Down With Rain . . . .
Our morning began with showers and a few rumbles of thunder. There was 0.25″ in my gauge at 8:30, and the rain continued a while after that. Right now we have cloudy skies and the rain has stopped for now. There is more in our forecast for this afternoon although no showers are appearing on radar at this time. It was mild enough all night for my window to be open, and fresh air is always nice when you are sleeping.
