Still Hot In Mid Michigan . . . . .

We have the home stretch of our hot temps today and tomorrow.  Highs next week are expected to only reach into the 70s.  I’m ready for it.   With all the rain that we’ve had lately, the mosquitoes are getting bad.  Between those and the hot temperatures, being outdoors isn’t pleasant.  I think I’m ready for fall.  It’s my favorite season anyway.

Our 10:15 AM temperature is 76F, the humidity is 79%, and skies are clear.  Winds are from the north at 3-7 mph, and the pressure is 29.91 in and rising.  The dew point is 66F and visibility is 10 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 85F, and the overnight low was 62F.  Average temps for this date are 81F/60F.  The record high for August 2 is 100F set in 1964, and the record low is 40F set in 1927.  Sunrise was at 6:31 AM, and sunset will be at 8:56 PM.
